The 2018 Walk of Fame Carnival, Pebble Creek Elementary’s Spring fund raiser, was a huge success thanks to all those who participated, sponsored, donated, and volunteered their time!
The weather was amazing! It was a beautiful day for this year’s carnival!! From games to the bounce houses to yummy pasta and the new addition of performances on the stage in the cafeteria, we had a fantastic day filled with lots of smiling students, families, and friends making great memories at Carnival!
Most importantly, we netted over $40,000 for our school! This money funds the PTO’s annual commitments for the following school year, including grade-level field trips, Literacy Library, teacher wish lists and grants that help educate our students, Scholastic News Subscriptions and many other ongoing educational programs and classroom materials.
Thanks to all the students and parents for their overwhelming generosity and for coming out to support Carnival! We also owe a big thanks to everyone who volunteered at the event! And a huge THANK YOU goes out to our Carnival Chairs, Megan Jonasson and Sarah Schuessler, and the rest of the Carnival Committee, who worked for months to make Carnival a success! We truly couldn’t have done it without this great group of parents!
The Carnival Silent Auction will open Saturday, October 7 at noon and close Saturday, October 14 at 11:59pm.

It takes many volunteers (middle-school aged and older) for Carnival to run smoothly. CLICK HERE to sign up!
Carnival is our spring fundraiser here at Pebble Creek
Elementary. It is put on by the PTO and run by parent
volunteers. Carnival generally makes around $50,000
for the school each year.
What is Carnival?
This year's Carnival is olympic-themed "Panthers Take the Gold" and will take place on Saturday, March 5th from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm. Carnival offers fun for the whole family. There are about 40 kid-friendly games including bounce houses; food from local restaurants including hamburgers, chicken critters and Peproni Rolls; a silent auction with more than 100 items up for bid;
kids’ & VIP raffles and more!

This year, Carnival's online auction will begin online on Monday, February 23rd. The online auction will be suspended Thursday, March 3rd at 1:00 pm, and bidding will then resume in person on the day of Carnival, Saturday, March 5th at 11:00 am.
To register as a bidder, click on the auction link above and provide a valid email address, phone number and a password. An email will be sent to you. Once you confirm this email, you will be allowed to bid on items in the auction.
If you purchase a “Buy It Now” item during the online auction, you will pay for the item on the day of Carnival, March 5th, or you can call in your credit card number on the day of Carnival. Items not purchased online at the “Buy It Now” price, along with the amount of the last bid, will be transferred to the bid sheets that will be used at the Auctions on the day of Carnival. You can purchase tickets at Carnival or during the pre-sale with cash, credit card ($25 minimum purchase) or check.

Where do the funds go?
The money raised each year at Carnival helps fund Pebble Creek PTO’s annual commitments, such as grade-level field trips, Scholastic News Subscriptions, Literacy Library, teacher wish lists and grants that help educate Pebble Creek students, and many other ongoing educational programs and classroom materials.
The PTO also funds much-needed technology upgrades and school campus improvements, such as upgrading the school’s sound systems. In previous years, the PTO raised enough money to fund these special projects: covers for playground equipment; the covered walkway into school; classroom SmartBoards, iPads, and microphone systems; and the electronic exterior sign.
