Basketball Court Pavilion Project to Begin Construction |

The city of College Station is going to begin construction on the pavilion project for the basketball court in the Pebble Creek Park. Construction should begin the week of March 8th or during spring break. The project timeline is projected to be about four months. The construction site will be fenced off to include only the building site. Recess areas will be available for student use. |

CSISD Seeks Input on Rezoning |

With Greens Prairie Elementary opening in August 2011 and College Station High School opening the following year, CSISD is beginning the rezoning process. The CSISD Rezoning Committee will take this opportunity to do a comprehensive evaluation of all current school zones. The new school zone recommendations will be brought to the CSISD School Board for approval in the Fall of 2010. CSISD will hold three community forums to give citizens a chance to weigh in on the issues which should be considered in the rezoning process.
